Telemarketer, I guess.......or a scam probably.

Phishing scam

A lady called me from this phone asking for someone named Mary. I told them no one by that name lives here and hung up. I then got charged for a 3 hour collect call from this number and my phone company can't reverse the charges because I can't prove I did not accept the charges. DON'T ANSWER YOUR PHONE IF YOU SEE THIS NUMBER or you will end up paying too.

Well he's my dad and I called him and he wouln't pick up

This man was treating & abusing on phone, please figure out who was this.
