Millions Call

I finally answered, they have called many times. Got a guy who really didn't speak English. Asked if it was me, then asked if **** was my address. As if you'd just confirm your address to a stranger! Well, I wasn't the person and it wasn't my address. Assume it was a collection agency; mine is a new phone # and I've gotten similar calls. The call originated in the city of the address they gave, where I do not live and have never lived.
