Got a call at 10:42 on 1/19/09 with a Jensen Beach Fl on caller Id, Anyone know who this is?

This caller called and said they were from IBM. Then they swore at me and hung up. When I attempted to call the number it was disconnected.

I got a call from 866-237-2593 claiming to be the 'Panasonic Customer care Plan'. I looked up the Panasonic Customer Care Plan on the Panasonic web site and it's not the same number. Also the extended waranty costs are not comparable. The costs from the 866-237-2593 are much less. I bought in to their pitch for a 3 year extended waranty for $325. I can't find out who or what the company is to see if it's legit. They have my Visa number so i'm concerned. Can you help?

rang once every minute ( six calls) until we picked up & soon as requested who was ringing, hung up!! quit the incessant rings atleast for now.
