A scam. Mr. Bob Williams is a person in Shanghi whom claims he is in Maryland USA and wants to buy equipment on a credit card, but must use his shipping people. The credit card is valid but the shipping firm is not.

it is a firm rang Apex Financial & these people ARE HORRIBLE at customer service. we too got a ring with a Jason & she demanded that we 'let them finish her thought' we guess anybody can be a telephone representative these weeks. even those that belong in a mental ward. we rang their corporate office at 480-2-9950 & complained.
