Wants me to call him direct at 866-472-8727 regarding my federal balances. I am 66 earned my degree years ago and worked my way no student loans ever.

I received four phone calls from this number. 2 were at 2:30am and 2 others were between 9 and 10am. The guy indentified himself, saying he usually doesn't use his real name but its Bernard and then hung up. This morning when I called back, after the 2 additional calls from him he said he is dialing the wrong number because he isn't used to his new phone. This guy is a "quack" and said that he is removing me from his call list for his painting business. He refused to name his company when I asked and just said he uses Behr paint. Obviously, he couldn't keep his story straight.

Just had a ring with this no. did not answer. No msg. Calling-ID showed 'Charity'. No thankyou. no. was now blocked.
