Medicaid and medicare solicitation

This number called today and left a message in French, the person spoke so fast that I couldn't understand what she was saying.  The number is for Brault & Martineau's delivery confirmation and human resources services.  We have never ordered anything from them, nor have we applied for jobs there.  I suspect they called us because our phone number used to be assigned to a branch of the CIBC.

I got a call from this number twice at 2:00 AM . It says nothing for a while but I waited and the says in spanish that my name it is with the service. I called back but the message was that this number doesn't take calls. After I hang up my phone started to ring again, I didn't answer but I diconnected the phone. I tried the internet but I couldn't find who is it.

Sent a text called himself Max said he added me to his local network and sent download link for discovercircle. I live in Alabama and this number is from California. I don't know an Max for California.
