This no. rang my house 3 times just soon after 6:00 AM & just put the phone down. I do not recognise anybody with that region code. we suspect it is telemarketers spoofing someones real no. by making use of IP phoning & putting in whatever these people wanna you believe was ringing, hoping you will speak to them.
