called at around 11:30 Sunday night. a lady asked for someone other than me.  I said who?  she said she had the wrong number and that was it.  Still kinda strange.

Just plan aggravating me.

It was a recorded message for lowering interest rates. Local number according to caller ID. The local number was fake, making the receiver think it´s a local call. Make it stop.

Told me I won 2.5 million dollars and an email would be coming with instructions. Said his name was Jacob Miller of CAO (Cash Award Office) Meager Millions, address is 137 Woodbridge Road Pittsburg, PA 33180. Did not enter any contest and he kept trying to get me to say Yes. I turned all the questions around on him and would never say yes on the phone. If this is legit, I will let you all know, but dont hold your breath.
