keeps on phoning me, threatening, creeping.

248-283-6033 calls as Caller ID showing NORTH AMERICAN.  No information is found on a Google search that I could find, nor did I answer the phone.  But I did get calls from INCEPT Corporation Direct Marketing firm at two different numbers ever since we told Blue Cross Blue Shield to stop calling and the owner didnt own the same place anymore.  But I do know this, 248 area code is Detroit Michigan.

Call every single day at 8:15! Never leave message... blocked them from my phone .., then started calling my other number! So annoying. .. ID shows Winterset, IA

This is a spam or scam number or a cover up for another number

RoboCaller wanting to speak to the person that handles credit cards. I said, "You are a robo-caller" and it hung up.
