keep on receiving rings with this freaking no.! we recognise not to answer! we let this call & call & call & there was never ever a voice msg. hope we was aware of who this was. anybody else receiving rings with this freaking no.?

Keeps calling telling me he is with publishers clearing house and I won 5M.    Stated he needed me to send money for a fee so I can receive my winnings.    I have asked then to stop calling me, they will not.    Reported to my phone company and the police.
