Spam! Texting about money loans.

this guy call me too last night and wasnt able to answer the call.so i call bck few minutes earlier and man answer the phone and says he is a federal agent and certain cash loan company file a case for me and get arrested because the company found out that my identity is not true.i was so scared that i check my bank account if theres a transfer from any loan company and theres no transaction .i google the number and discover that this is a scam and want to take money from poor innocent people.i should say people should stop applying online for any cash loan with all this company because they are selling our identity to this animals.

This is an Illinois Telemarketing company that calls for the owner of the company or just hangs up when I answer. When there is a person on the other end, they are very rude and have not taken me off their calling list after several requests.
