At 8:19pm Central Time on Feb 13, 2011, with 330-217-3858 we got the following. mobile telephone text SPAM Message: . 'Are you having a hard time paying ur mortgage?Do you need help restructuring . ur mortgage to get a lower payment?As low as 2% Interest rate!If therefore answer HELP. this came directly with 330-217-3858. with NO option to 'reply STOP'. which makes this illegal. . supposedly this was a cell telephone in Alliance OH.

This call came before 4 am. It rang three times then hung up. This is typical of the other three calls I have received from the 956-504-x calling area. These calls have come in on my advertising toll-free line, which costs me $55.00 per call.
