When we do pick up no one speaks.

These are the rudest people, they do not identify themselves. Call you at work. Chew food while they talk to you. I have asked them repeatedly NOT TO CALL MY JOB.  They insist that calling you at your place of employment is not harassment and then threaten you with garnishments or law suits.
