Left no message. Most likely scam caller, as I receive them daily and do not receive calls out-of-the-blue from callers in the same area code as my phone number

I have received a call from this number on my work telephone! I have not given my work telephone number to any of my creditors since it changed in April. Coincidentally, I did not start receiving these calls until they changed all our work phone number prefixs. They always call after I'm gone for the day (probably because they are on the west coast and I'm in the eastern time zone) and the message is about lowering my credit card interest. I also have tried the #3 to opt out and I have registered this telephone on the DNC list but I still receive these calls.
