Got a robocall from this number on my cell. They said it was from Visa. It was a pre-recorded message.

They said they were calling from the US Treasury Department and that there was a $5000 grant being issued to me. They asks my name, address, and age. I was call this number back and speak with Christy Woods, Account Manager. I call the number back and it was not in service. .
