fraudsters stating these people are collecting on a fake debt // these people threaten to throw you in jail when you do not send cash.

somehow this number was able to call even after being put on blocked list!

They are a scam. They had been calling my family members and when I finally got on the phone, they mispronounced the Country Court and started laughing at me and threatened to keep calling my family members.

This number calls me at least once a day and hangs up when my answering machine answer.  This has been going on for quite a while.  I never answer it.
