Millions Call

I have received several phone calls from this number but no one is either there when answered and when called back, you get a message that no voicemail is available.  Anyone knows whose number this is?

Received call, did not answer, caller left no message.

Got a call from (876) 587-3091 saying the same thing as a post below. I won 1.5 million dollars for paying my bills on time and for shopping at walmart. I asked how they got my information if i didnt enter any contest and he kept repeating the walmart statement. He just cant wait for to call him back from the local post office.....what a scam. PLease no one fall for this crap!

Never leaves message, blocked.

I got 3 calls from this number today and I can hear someone on the other end but they keep hanging up. I called the number back and got a disconnected message.
