This number keeps calling and every time I answer, I get a blank call

Caller reports that there is a problem with your computer, wants you to hold down the windows key and hit letter key R Windows key is between keys ctrl alt. Tells me he is in Toronto Ontario, and gives me a phone number from Huston Texas. Company name is Sub Surboard or Sub Surbord. Any ideas of what he is trying to pull.

They called asking me about car insurance.

Someone from this number called my father that they subpeona for me and how they can connect with me. According to them, I have criminal proceedings instituted against me for fraud. Called this number back and it was disconnected so I guess its a scam or trying to a collection agency in the GRUB for cash.
