Received a call last night asking if anyone in the family has had a knee or hip replacement. Told him no, he thanked me and hung up. ???????????

was this a scam? msg stated BCBSC wanted to gather vital details & provided a different no. to ring back 1-844-813-3506 toll free.

FCC Complaint: Live Voice

They called my mother repeatedly for a few weeks. When she finally answered they said they were a debt collection agency. They told my mother that I owed money and wouldn't tell her anything else. Uhm.if I owe someone money, do you not think that they would have my cell number and would NOT be calling my mother's cell number.WEIRD?Possible SCAM do I smell!
