Unwanted Calls called for submitting a complaint concerning (206) 333-1517 in Ohio with the FCC on 2019-12-16

Have had similar calls, though not from the same number, but with the same message: Call the number back to avoid charges to credit card. Most recent number was 845 207 0771.

This person sending strange texts - concerned could be criminal.    Advise to block.
