If there is a judgement against you there would be a certified letter sent out, then you will be served personally. I have had a similar experience with these people; they are just full of bs and are taking advantage to those who are at a disadvantage.

Recieved a call from Merchant law firm regarding a loan from quick cash. They had all my info and stated that I would be arrested. Never heard of this place.This upset me on my job

from searching google it looks like they get your number from a list from different sites, like mainly job posting sites. They're calling about higher education. I didn't answer them, I'm not accustomed to answering calls from numbers I do not know. Some of the postings said that they were rude, so pls be cautious of that. I have my bba, and in this economy I am certainly NOT looking for my mba anytime soon... goodluck y'all! yay!
