9:15 Saturday evening got a ring with 213-221-1022. did not reply the phone, however number registered on our Calling-ID. No msg on the picking up machine. We are on the national do not ring registry. should we report them?

these people are calling from kingston, jamaica, to say you one your money of some four hundred thousand dollars, then they call and ask you to cash a check, then this call comes from las vegas, nev. saying that you need to cash that check becuase i have a 2 million dollar check.
