This seemed a legitimate wrong number the first time. It was a gentleman and apologized but called again. Seems suspicious to me. He asked for a Carol.

This is a recorded telephone ring to lower ur interest rate on ur credit card. we do not have a card therefore this have to happen to be some service not a specific cc firm.
