caller ID says BMW but they offered us the service of joining our power bill with our gas bill into one bill. But then they have called back many many times after we asked them how it all works. They even called back and left us a 3 minute voicemail of nothingness. Annoying.

called with a recording saying 'if this is _ press one, inf this is not _ press two'. It never said a name, but left a silent spot as if to fill in the blank.
