Recording asking to call back an 866 number.  Debt Collector that has purchased an old credit card debt.  Ignore them.  They are bottom-feeders.

I'm getting short ring calls from this number. Everytime I picked up before it stopped ringing, it would cut. When I tried calling it back, there seemed to be a Spanish Automated Menu for something. Anyone know who this is?

'There was a deficiency in our income tax' . The foreign made this sound just like we have a disease.

This number belongs to Access Capital which is a collection agency based in San Diego, CA- Kelsey is the rep who called me relentlessly on my work line. When I called her back, she was extremely rude!! I called to ask them to remove my work # since our calls are recorded and we are not allowed to receive personal calls (pretty sure that's somewhere in the fair credit reporting act Kelsey!). She then yelled "How about you pay your bill!" and hung up (which is the reason why I called in the first place!!). Keep it classy Kelsey!

Yes, we got a ring with this no. this night. we did not answer. it is most likely a charity looking for money or a telemarketer.
