To many scam reports on google when look up the number and blocked by att as a scam

Received a robo call stating the IRS has a warrant out for my arrest. I called back and asked to speak to someone who knows english

no message left, and later missed a call received from very similar # 256-666-9280

got a sms msg with this no. didnt open this, however can read the 1st few words which states 'Are you having a hard time paying?'. Scared this was some kinda hoax.
