The idiocy falls when you people think it is a typical listing service or other form of marketing. I enrolled in this service about 6 months ago for there remodeling leads. Since then i have profited roughly 220k from a total investment of 1k. Yes you do have to go after the work they send and know how to sell your service, and not be an idiot and expect to get the kind of response you were getting when you started your so called "contracting business " during the housing boom 10 years ago. If you go after what they send you can make plenty of money, but it is up to you to sell yourself to their customers, it is up to them to sell themselves to you, so they can make YOU money. Think about it idiots! these people are trying to sign you up for $100 service to send you people who need CONSTRUCTION work done. I have never seen a job sold for less than 100 dollars any industry your in.
