got following sms msg 'This was a recorded msg with State Department. ur ATM card has been suspended. To reactivate cal important at 8-420-0963

Who keeps calling from this number and not leaving a mess. Could it be connected the (215)642-3400 pain in the butt # from a certain bogus law firm PA.

I have recieved so far today 3 calls. A Jamaican man telling me I won 2 1/2 million dollars. Telling me to purchase a green dot scratch off card for the taxes. Oh and the taxes are only 450.00. Total scam.
