By answering the call you let them know there is a person behind that number and you're phone number is now being sold to hundreds of telemarkting companies; it doesn't matter if you ask them to remove your number, they just sell it to someone else that you haven't asked to remove your number. Calls come in continuously up to 50 times a day - silent prank calls

I got a call from this number 3 mins ago. They said that I was interested in going back to school. I told the guy (who had an India accent) that I didn't make that request and not call me again. He kept trying to talk to me so I just hung up. This is a scam of some kind I'm sure. Please beware.
