it sent me 140 blank texts within about...5 minutes so to be on the safeside im blocking it. called it, went to voicemail and said their name was "sunny" so i don't know if it's spam or not but I don't know anyone named sunny.

Caller says they are a law firm and you have a criminal matter that you are a suspect in they want money to settle the case. Caller I.D. shows Plano IL. however reverse phone book shows as a land line from New Hampshire.
