This african american lady called me up and set up an appointment to get a document notarized. I traveled to the requested location and she was a no show. She owes me a travel fee of $20 to travel to this location and she was a no show. This is theft of services for my travel fee. She stated her name is Jolyndra Grant. and her phone number is 985-397-2485.
