Called cell phone and did not leave a message.

I'm getting harrassing texts and calls from this line

A call from (765) 535-1735 with caller ID of "IN" comes in every day or so to our land-line number. The caller does not leave a message. We have a policy of not picking up calls that we don't recognize and that have cryptic or no caller identification. (I apologize for copying an earlier comment but it covers my situation exactly)

They called and didn't leave a message. I called back and got only recorded sounds, such as an electronic loop, but no voices. The number already shows up on lists of reported numbers, but does not show up on reverse look up on Argali. We have listed their number in our spam and more spam folders so we don't waste our time or cell phone minutes again. So much for being on the do not call list. No one seems to pay attention to it.

Does anyone recognize this number? They keep calling my cell. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize & they never leave a message.
