This call is in regards to your federal student loans this is not an attempt to collect a debt the call is to inform you of programs offered by the Department of Education that can either lower your payment or eliminate your day if you have not taken advantage of these programs yet please press 1 to speak with an agent if you would like to be removed from receiving updates please press 9.

The message is preceeded with a loud alarm like signal. The message is 'There is an important matter on my desk. Press 1 to talk to one of my Staff.' This message cycled twice before my answering machine cut it off.
