Nonsense collection company that makes up names, try's to get private details & has no clue. really questionable legal approach. I weren't even the person these people were asking for. Upon some more research this was a telephone bank that was used by a shell co. in order to circumvent donotcall rules.

Nigerian scammer. States his name is Donald Grant, with addresses in California and Massachusetts. Claimed former residence in Sweden. Blocks incoming calls. Uses email [email protected] as well as California cell 510-940-9061 which appears to be a prepaid. Warning. Sounds convincing.
