Chinese Robo Call.Now that theres a break in the Covid,these Robo Calls are being sent out repetitively every day.Nuisance call

man with heavy Russian-sounding accent phoning constantly about alleged (but of course non-specific, non-existent) IRS deficiency.

Called my former office and asked for my cell phone number because they wanted to followup on a home remodeling project. Former office alerted me as caller was very odd.
