This is a creditor. They normally use such methods to get you to call back :) Although, I did get through. It goes directly back to Kurt, so if it goes to voicemail he probably on another line. Luckily I only owned $27

Fraudulent number that says Chase Reminder recent upgrade info needed. Received a text. Chase doesn’t do this.
