Dead silence when answered and when you call it back it says that the number is not in service SCAMMER

Adding to the chorus of discontent - didn't answer this one - but figure start the posts now to raise awareness... this # is similar to another 323 phony 'out of area' number I received and blocked recently. What do these sleazeballs want? To steal your money of course. Best off not to answer - they will never stop calling until there is a legitimate crack down - but don't hold your breath on that one either.

So what happened? I have similiar situation.

recording identifying themselves as Microsoft...didn't trust it, so didn't respond

received call from this number , no message. Called back , no ring, no answer, just a couple clicks.

They keep calling but dont leave a message and I dont know who they are
