caller id himself as a us customs agent who works in buffalo ny.  says I have 250k in checks waiting to clear customs but I have to pay 'duty' and 'luxury tax'.  wants me to transfer money to a trusted friend until checks clear then chnge wire instructions to go to 550 main street windsor ontario.

I just sent him a message asking why he wanted to buy a car so far away to see what he says since I am pretty sure it would be cheaper to buy a local car. he claimed he loved the car and that canada is his country just had to move to the us for work, not making much sence to me, pretty sure he is fraud or a scammer of some sort.

They are car finance company and have you on autodialer and ...

This guy is a craig's list scammer. He sel tickets he does not have and requires prepaid credit cards for payment. He takes the money and disappears. BEWARE
