also got a call, 5 times in a row.when i answer just consecutive beeps.

Phoned here too, no name on the call display. Picked up & said Hi.... no response. Creepy. I hate that.

Phone number has called several times. Card services offering lower interest rate. When press 9 to speak to representative, asked to remove my number from their list. They refused - because they want me to take lower interest rate. When I said I would report them they hung up on me.

had a identical sms // a link & 'that did this for me' . i am certainly not clicking on this.
