Handicapper texted my number trying to get me to use their services.

I got 2 automated rings with this no. on 08/10/10 in regards to my current credit card's interest rates. The asked that I press #1 to take advangage of a much lower interest rate. I hung up, & soon as we attempt to ring this number this was a cut off #, the reverse search show non-published & the operator show that this was cut off also. we think this was a con a should be stopped.

Text Advising me that the Indiana Back to work incentive payment to me could not be made. It asked that I log onto a website to update my banking information so a payment could be made. No name associated with his phone number.

They try calling me atleast three times every day leaving messages I'm not to happy about it. They say that a discount can't be applied to your utility bill and you need to call them and they will get it fixed with the answer to some answers to some questions. I think its some BS scam, because my bill came in today and looked fine.
