The woman on the phone was trying to get me to buy an extended warranty and when I told her I would not be doing that she became aggressive and hung up on me.

This phone # has been calling me for the last 3 months. I would like for them to stop calling me. They are saying they are w/ Publishing Clearing house.

Caller claimed to be from Publishers clearing house, and said that I won 1.5 million dollars. Started asking personal questions. Caller had strong Jamaican accent. Said his name was Charles Blackwood Caller ID showed the above phone #. I asked for a number to call to verify his connection to Publishers clearing, and he gave me the same #. He was also arguing with me when I told him that I knew that this was a scam.
