Says I’ve won a gift for using their internet and stays my name

This is the annonymous number who calls and a possible thief

This was on my cell as a text message. Something about going to a web site about e-cigarettes. Those are those electronic cigarettes. I don't smoke at all . The message started with my name as if it was a requested info. Some of these same text have come to my granddaughter's cell, and no she do not smoke either.

I get no less than ten calls, all just minutes apart, at 5:00 AM (wakes me) and again at 8:00 PM. At the other end is loud, pulsing, beeps. Whether I answer, or not, it is followed quickly by another call.

They didn't leave a voicemail so I called them back. She spoke so fast whenshe answered that I couldn't understand then quickly hung up on me. My guess is a business, telemarketer.

Phone call from 270-331-6284. No one talked when called. I did not like the call.
