FCC Complaint: Live Voice

Not sure who this is, but they have my name and claim they are with a vehicle processing center

from 22/02/10 onwards am getting calls from 9541023893 which is unknown to me and used abusive language.purposefully making calls but am not attending.but this a major disturbance  for me in all aspects.

I am getting regular missed calls from this number.

Calls 2-3 times per week, different number/person each time.

This is a fax machine and we have no fax. Woke us up at 6:09 am. Called the number and it said the box was full. We don’t have 9-5 jobs and unfortunately, have to keep our phone on due to work related calls. Wish there was a working “Do Not Call List”.
