No speaker when you answer. Hangs up on you after 5 seconds.
Web lookup says this is a landline # that has been ported to a cell phone.

Received calls within about 10 minutes from 2 different numbers. ‭‭+1 (312) 803-3181‬ and (312) 803-9926‬. Didn’t answer but they left the exact same voice mail message in some Asian language so I couldn’t understand what it was about.

Called.  Left no message.I just loved the name of the company.  'To Be Determined.'Scammers.  They must have bought a list.  My thoughts are they are an old con outfit with a new number.

we got three telephone rings in one day. we did not know the no. so didnt reply this. The fourth ring these people ended up leaving a vm saying that these people were with ITT Tech phoning about a online inquiry we got sent. we sent no such inquiry & never ever accessed that site. This day, we got a total of eleven telesales calls, including this one -- the 1st time ever. somebody sold or got access to our mobile telephone no.
