Got the following text message from this number:'I see that you missed your appointment a few days ago and I just wanted to make sure everything was OK.  Please give us a call as soon as possible 866-422-2749 - FCFS'From this site, the 866 number given is a debt collection agency.

Left a voicemail about cancelling some type of subscription. Phone tagged as spam risk.

Again she requested about a Ms. Finch. again we informed them we did not recognise a Ms. Finch. subsequently she requested us when she could pass on a msg for Ms. Finch. we informed them to 'listen to our words. we do not recognise Ms. Finch!' at that time Mr. silly put the phone down on us. Who the devil hires these dim wits?

Got a spam text on my cell...a minute later, the same number called my work. My coworker said that it was a recorded message about receiving a text over the landline. I looked up the number in Accurint, and it comes back to an Ebony Young in Irving, TX. I texted her back and told her to not text me spam again or call my work...or else that I would report her. And to find a real job!
