    I just received the same phone call, almost word for word from one of the other writers on this site. I too could not understand them and just to humor myself I asked for someone else. I spoke to 3 of them then finally asked for their number and name of company that I would call them back. As I still had them on the phone, I googled the phone number and do many other complaints about the same thing. These people are scammers and should be stopped. I wonder how many people they get every day that believe them and give them access to their computer and then pay for service. Such a shame!
