Millions Call

I didn’t answer and no VM left

Claims to be offering reduced rate on 'your credit card' but never identifies which company theyre calling from.    Calls repeatedly and has not taken me off their call list despite requests.

these people keep calling my phone at all hours of the day and night,playing music,making strange noises,breathing heavy, and also just not saying anything..

this number was another hang-up; as was 201-773-1108 which has called me 3 days, and nights in a row at off times hanging up,on my machine, & callining baack right away after hanging up when I answered,just a harrassing caller but I agreed to pay  the $1.50 twice in hopes of catching this person,but there needs to be three calls before any action is taken by the powers that be I guess,BTW. BOTH AREA CODES ARE THE SAME & BOTH FROM jERSEY BUT i AM OUT IN wASHINGTON STATE.hMM! :(
