Received a number of calls from this number over the last 2 weeks a small line of business. A No messages left, quickly hang up when I answer. And also started to notice calls from 775-629-4171, and today, 775-629-8581. I do not know who it was, did not find it in other Google search. Caller ID numbers for all three said: 'Nevada Call'.

Found this is obviously a fake number on my Caller ID, when I returned home. There is no such thing as a 158 exchange in any North American city code.
