This phone number is being used by a scammer trying to get people to link to a fake www.localbitcoins.com account to steal the password. The fake website which was just registered today (8/21/2013) is LOCALBTCOINS.COM (no SSL and missing a letter in the domain)

2 telephone rings to our Israeli mobile phone, both coming really early in the afternoon at 1:17 am & 1:57 am, Israel time, which equates to 6:17 & 6:57 pm, Eastern time.
