FCC Complaint: Prerecorded Voice

Three calls were made about three minutes apart. Voice mail msg collected. A man with Asian accent left garbled message ending with last four digits of my phone number. He repeated. The caller left a similar msg the second time. The third time he hung up after answer machine greeting. Possibly a confused senior citizen with a dialing problem but could also be a trick to get someone to answer the phone or return the call. I only respond to messages that state name, purpose of call and contact information.

Called cell phone. No message. Number unknown to me.

A lot of this calls for dialogue show vailable well.

They call a few times a day, never leave a message, and when I did pick up to tell them to stop calling, they hung up.
